At JOS FACTORY, we process all orders within 3–5 business days.
Every item is handcrafted in our Ontario studio—if your order hasn't shipped immediately, it’s because we are still making it specifically for you. Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Production & Processing Times

Standard Retail Orders: 3–5 business days.

Engraved & Personalized Items: Additional 2-3 business days for the engraving process.

Wholesale & Custom Commissions: 2–4 weeks, depending on order volume and complexity. We will provide a specific timeline with your quote.
Shipping in Canada
We offer flat-rate shipping based on your location.
Free standard shipping on orders over $125 CAD (before taxes)

Zone 1 (Ontario): $15.00 CAD

Zone 2 (Quebec & Manitoba): $17.00 CAD

Zone 3 (Rest of Canada): $20.00 CAD
Free Local Pick-up: If you're local to Timmins you can save the shipping by picking up your order. Simply select PICKUP at the checkout and schedule an appointment to collect your order via our Contact Page.
Shipping to the USA (Duty-Free)
All US orders are shipped via tracked services (ChitChat and USPS).
Free standard shipping on orders over $125 USD
Flat Rate: $15USD
Duty-Free: Orders valued under $800 USD arrive duty-free and tariff-free
Wholesale & Custom Orders

Shipping: Rates are calculated individually based on weight and destination to ensure the most cost-effective and safe delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, we offer direct checkout for Canada and the USA.
If you are located outside North America, please contact us at info@josfactory.com with your shipping address and desired items, and we will provide a custom shipping quote.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@josfactory.com with your order number and photos/details. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.
Custom & Large Orders
For large, bulk, or special custom orders, shipping methods, timelines, and costs may differ from standard orders. We will confirm shipping details with you before finalizing your order.
