Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada and the United States. International shipping to other countries may be available upon request—please contact us at info@josfactory.com to discuss options.

Processing Time

All JOS FACTORY products are handcrafted and made to order. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the item. For larger or highly customized orders, processing time may vary. We will provide an estimated processing time when you place your order.

Shipping Time & Costs

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight/size of your order.
We generally ship via Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for US and international orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada:

Any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
These fees (if applicable) must be paid to JOS FACTORY before shipment, as Canada Post requires full payment and proper customs documentation before accepting international parcels.
We cannot estimate these fees in advance, as they vary by country and are determined by local customs authorities. We will contact you with the calculated amount if applicable, and your order will not ship until payment is received.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@josfactory.com with your order number and photos/details. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement or other appropriate solution.

Custom & Large Orders

For large, bulk, or special custom orders, shipping methods, timelines, and costs may differ from standard orders. We will confirm shipping details with you before finalizing your order.
